How do I upload images and videos?
Everything shown on your TVs is stored in your file library. You upload once and reuse it in as many playlists as you like.
Upload a file
- In the dashboard, go to Files.
- Click Upload files and select the items on your computer. You can also drag and drop.
- Wait for the upload to finish. Videos are converted automatically before they become available.
Recommended formats

Tip: for portrait screens, swap the dimensions: 1080 × 1920 px.
Organize the library
Use folders to separate content by campaign, location or period. It makes building a playlist much quicker.
