My TV shows as offline. Does the content stop playing?
Not necessarily. When the TV shows as Offline / No Communication, this doesn't mean the content has stopped playing.
Most likely, there is just a communication failure between the TV and the servers. In this case, the content keeps playing normally.
If the status doesn't return to normal
If the TV is still Offline / No Communication after a while, check on site:
- Check whether the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- If it isn't, connect it to the network again.
Note: in rare cases, the device may lose its connection and not reconnect automatically.
