- What video resolution is supported? Videos are officially supported up to 4K/60fps (3840x2160) and are optimized for the resolution of the device that will play them.
- Do I need to wait for a file to finish optimizing before adding it to a playlist? No. You can add the file to the playlist while it's optimizing, and sometimes it already appears on the TV before optimization is finished.
- What image resolution is supported? There is no resolution limit: every image is automatically optimized for the resolution of the TV it will be shown on.
- How do I replace a file without deleting it and uploading a new one? Open the file, click Enable Editing, and on the View / Replace File tab, use the Replace file with another button.
- How do I delete a file? Open the file and click Delete File at the bottom of the page. If it's in use in a playlist or on a TV, the system will let you know first.
- What is the difference between the image fill options? Show Entire Image displays the image without cropping or distortion; Fill TV Screen crops the image so no black bars appear.
- What is the focal point of an image? It's the area of the image you want to keep visible: with the Fill TV option, the image is cropped based on this point.
- What file types can I upload, and what is the maximum file size? JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF images, plus MP4, MOV, AVI, and other video formats. The maximum file size and total storage space depend on your plan.
- How do I schedule when a file is shown? On the file page, add schedules by date range, time of day, day of the week, day of the month, or month, and choose the rule that combines these schedules.
- How do I see where a file is shown and its playback statistics? On the file page, see which playlists and TVs it's in and, in the File Statistics tab, the total plays, days on display, and the chart.
