- What resolution is supported for videos? Videos are officially supported up to 4K/60fps (3840x2160) and are optimised for the resolution of the device that will play them.
- Do I need to wait for a file to finish optimising before adding it to the playlist? No. You can add the file to the playlist while it is being optimised, and sometimes it already appears on the TV before the optimisation finishes.
- What image resolution is supported? There is no resolution limit: every image is automatically optimised for the resolution of the TV on which it will be shown.
- How do I replace a file without deleting it and uploading a new one? Open the file, click Enable Editing and, in the View / Replace File tab, use the Replace file with another button.
- How do I delete a file? Open the file and click Delete File at the bottom of the page; if it is in use in a playlist or on a TV, the system warns you first.
- What is the difference between the image fill options? Show Whole Image displays the image without cropping or distortion; Fill the TV crops the image so that no black bars appear.
- What is the most important point of an image? It is the area of the image you want to keep visible: with the Fill the TV option, the image is cropped based on this point.
- What file types can I upload and what is the maximum size? Images in JPG, JPEG, PNG and GIF, and videos in MP4, MOV, AVI and other formats. The maximum size and total storage depend on your plan.
- How do I schedule when a file is shown? On the file page, add schedules by period, time, day of the week, day of the month or month, and choose the rule that combines these schedules.
- How do I see where a file is shown and its display statistics? On the file page, see which playlists and TVs it is in and, on the File Statistics tab, view the total displays, days on display and the chart.
